An Anguilla LLC is restricted from conducting business with residents of Anguilla or own real estate in Anguilla. There is also a restriction on conducting business in banking, trusts, insurance or to provide company management services.

To incorporate an LLC in Anguilla, proposed Members (Individuals or Companies) must file the Articles of Association, along with the Incorporation Documents to the Anguillan Register, through a licenced Anguillan Agent Company, who shall act as the registered agent. The LLC is required to present an Operating Agreement, outlining the roles and responsibilities of the Members.

A few of the requirements are the Name of the company to be incorporated, a physical address, certified copies of valid passports or national ID cards, such as those issued in the European Union. These need to be certified by either a Notary Public, Bank or by the issuing country’s Embassy. A Character reference may also be required.

An Anguilla LLC is not subject to taxation, unless otherwise stated by the Members, to be taxed as a corporation. Members of an LLC are taxed proportionally on earning, through their country of residence. If the Members of the Anguilla LLC are non-resident and the LLC does not engage in local business, they are exempt from all Anguillan Taxes.
